    Joining a political party

Have you ever thought about joining a party? I suppose you can go independent, but established groups usually have more power (especially politically) that we need to go further into the field. I'm just not sure I can handle all the events and activities they organize.

I guess most of us lean one way or another. I'm fairly liberal, but it's not like it's my whole identity. I can't imagine posting political signs in my yard or slapping a bumper sticker on my car.

The signs and stickers are one of the drawbacks for sure. I also wonder if we will have specific views to act on or support someone we don't really like that will instead limit what we actually want to do in the first place. I also don't think I'll be able to help in a rally, influence people's thoughts, or participate in a mass protest.
